Estimated delivery times vary between 1 and 2 working days for buyers in Portugal, between 3 and 7 working days for buyers in the rest of Europe, and between 5 and 10 days for the rest of the world outside of Europe.
After the stipulated deadline, you should contact us so we can offer support regarding your order. We will refund you if your order is returned to us for reasons beyond the control of the recipient or is reported lost by the carrier.
